Sakaria is a highly regarded leader within the Momentum Group Africa team, having served on the board of Momentum Group Namibia since February 2017 and as chairman of the board since June 2019. He has held various executive roles at prominent financial institutions, including Old Mutual and Namibia Post Limited, where he served as CEO. Before his current position as Momentum Group Namibia's CEO, Sakaria was the CEO of the Agricultural Bank of Namibia (Agribank).
