Paul has extensive experience in the financial services industry, serving as an executive and board member locally and internationally. His governance and operational expertise includes roles as board chairman and member of numerous board committees, demonstrating his leadership in diverse and complex organisations.

Paul spent many years as an executive at Standard Bank, Nedbank, and the Development Bank of Southern Africa (DBSA), where he served as CEO for 6 years. Since leaving DBSA in 2012, he has held various board roles across the private and public sectors. He currently serves on several boards, including ENX Group, Alphamin Resources, Peermont Global, and Sandown Capital Limited.
