As Head of Balance Sheet Management (BSM), Lulama was pivotal in formulating and aligning the BSM strategy with the group strategy. She led key strategic projects for the Group FD and CEO, including the Momentum Group iSabelo employee share ownership programme. Lulama has served on various group governance committees focused on capital, investment decisions, and product management and is a board member of the Momentum Group Foundation and iSabelo Trust.
